Dacia is going to present the Dokker MUV at the Paris Auto Salon this autumn.

  After Lodgy, Dacia will launch a new commercial vehicle, called Dokker. The names are inspired from the English word dockworker, that is a worker that loads and unloads cargo ports. The Dacia Dokker look similar to the Lodgy MPV in its front end design, while the side of the vehicle will bring, in a premiere for the romanian car manufacturer, sliding doors, which will allow the model to offer a more efficient loading space. The Dokker will be 12 cm higher and 15 cm shorter than the Lodgy MPV. The new Dacia multi-utility vehicle (MUV) is the fifth model in the carmaker’s lineup, after the Duster, Lodgy, Logan and Sandero, and it is expected to replace the current Logan MCV. the latest two Dacia models will be constructed by the Renault plant in Morocco.

Dacia Lodgy Mini- Van MPV

2012 is the year of novelties for Dacia. It’s time now to introduce Lodgy! The first MPV of Dacia will be available with either five or seven genuine seats. The utility version of the Dacia Dokker will be launched at the Paris Motor Show this autumn. The new Dacia model will be cheaper than the Lodgy another model that Romanian car maker plans to launch in the near future and it will come with fewer standard features.

  Dacia officials in Bucharest said that the new commercial vehicle model will debut in Romania after the summer holidays. Regarding the production of the new model, the use of Mioveni factory is unlikely until the exit of the Logan Van. Simply Dokker version will be a versatile model with sliding doors and five seats, built on the concept of Renault Kangoo. The second will be a cargo version of the Dokker MUV the same as Kangoo Express and will be officially named Dokker Van.

  Photos Released; Dacia launched the first pictures of the their new MUV model, the Dacia Dokker. The Romanian based automaker Dacia is planning a new model which will be named the Dokker and it will be closely related to the Renault Kangoo.
